My car wazz squealing and they found it was the tensioner and replaced the belt for measure, solid work all done in a day with inspection of all pulleys to make sure they were solid, great price will come back, I have a VW

They were the most friendly and helpful auto shop I have come across so far!!! I got a flat tire (and did not have a good spare at the time) in the middle of nowhere around Springville, NY. I was traveling to Niagara with my wife and our dog, and when the insurance folks and tesla roadside - both failed to help in time to find a towing service provider for us (it was cold outside and we had 50% charge), Hussain from H-A auto helped me get towed at a relatively lower charge ($150) (we called and checked with a couple of other local , open 24 hour, tow services and they said due to the time and distance they wanted to charge $350-400), and then offered to change our tire at around 9 pm on a saturday (most other shops were closed already by then). The spare tire that Hussain had did not fit, but Hussain offered to keep my car in the locked garage and explained that its not safe to keep the car outside. Hussain said that he will help me search for a new tire early in the morning next day and offered us for stay at his place or offered to drive us to a nearby hotel (we took uber pet). Next morning Hussain and Jimmy from H-A auto called into the shops asking for the tire that we wanted, meanwhile I also called and found that Mavis tires had a set of 4 with the same dimensions. Hussain offered to pay for the tire and pick it up and kept the receipt for the tire and for all of this just charged $50 for his services!!! I am not an expert on costs, but all of this help was something I did not at all expect from someone I just met. Hussain and Jimmy helped us like family and were so warm to us. This is not a fancy place, but the folks are so helpful and friendly that I would recommend going to them if needed. Ask for Hussain and Jimmy when you are there!!!

Caliper broke in half, car wouldn't reverse, took me right in with no appointment. Some might sugar coat their experience but for real, I am very cynical and truly am not benefitting from this comment. I'm really not that nice, but I am honest. Wish more existed like the owner. Don't know why but service at other venues have been sub standard as of late, but this guy didn't get the memo. He is very honorable and I am using him again this week! I'll let you know how it goes!!

I was in a bind with a sudden car problem and they went way above and beyond to help me out. They are accommodating, fair, and have very reasonable prices. Amazing local mechanic shop. I’d recommend them to anyone in the area!

I didn't get work done at this shop. My review is specifically directed at the overall integrity of the shop owner. I hope of you read this review, you consider this location for service. Support local! That's how we lift S. Buffalo up. I am currently a systems analyst for a Fortune 500 company.I am a PMI certified associate project manager with a degree from an aacsb accredited business school. In June 2023, I was involved in a serious car accident across the street from this shop. There was a city of buffalo surveillance camera that should have caught the accident but the city camera was out of order.The owner of this shop was kind enough to share video surveillance. The owner of this business has a level of integrity I rarely see in my city anymore!!! This business owner took care to properly secure his property in my city thereby securing all the neighbors around him. Imagine if that was a child walking across the street when the car ran the red light. Instead of me getting hit, it could have been a child taken from my community and because our city camera at that intersection didn't work there would have been no record of what happened. Not just lip service, this business owner embodies 'the city of good neighbors'!! I wouldn't have been able to see what even happened to me without this business. No one else would have been able to look back at what happened to me either which would have made it difficult to get the medical help I needed. I am forever grateful for this shop owner! I hope that our community continues to support his business because if he was there for us (people he never met), I can only imagine the effort and thought that goes into caring for his customers.

2 other shops in the area " didn't have time" to even talk to me cause we were up against a holiday weekend. H-A auto did have the time and quickly diagnosed what thankfully was a quick/easy fix. I just found my new mechanic ! A++++ for H-A Auto.
